Do I need to know what device I want before contacting you? +
Not at all. Plenty of people contact us with just a budget or a vague category in mind — that's exactly what the session is for. The more open-ended your thinking, often the more useful the conversation.
How long does a session take? +
Most advisory sessions run around 45 minutes. Gift consultations are often a bit shorter. We'll let you know the format in advance.
Are sessions conducted in person or remotely? +
Currently, sessions are conducted remotely via video call or written exchange, depending on your preference. This works well for clients across Japan and beyond.
